Requirements for admission to our dog boarding
Important information regarding the prerequisites and admission rules for dog boarding. Please read carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
In order for us to take care of your dog certain conditions must be met. Also, necessary information about your dog must be provided:
pet liability insurance
EU pet passport with all required vaccinations
Free of parasites and worms (deworming)
health status of your dog, including information about medications and administration, if applicable
adequate social behavior – your dog must be socially compatible and not aggressive towards strangers or other dogs. Your dog should be able to adapt, be comfortable in a new environment, and must not exhibit extreme separation anxiety. WARNING: We reserve the right to terminate the dog boarding agreement in the case of aggressive or psychologically problematic behavior. Costs will not be refunded in this case.
Your dog must be potty trained, as we are not equipped for puppy care or dogs with incontinence.

dog boarding is only available for dog breeds up to a maximum of 20 kg, according to breed profile
minimum age 12 months
proof of registration in the Berlin Dog Register (for dogs from Berlin)
