Personal care: Your dog receives individual care tailored to his needs and preferences. Unlike a dog kennel, there are no fixed routines or group constraints.
Family atmosphere: Your dog is cared for in a home environment which may feel more comfortable and secure than an anonymous dog kennel. The caregivers can take care of your dog more intensively and give him more attention.
Lower risk of infection: In a family setting, the risk of infection with diseases such as cough or diarrhea is lower than in a dog kennel with many dogs in close quarters.
No stress from long car rides: Since family dog boarding is usually located in the city, neither you nor your dog have to take long car rides to get to the care facility.
Flexibility: Individual dog boarding in a family environment can often be more flexible and meeting the needs of the dog and owner than a dog kennel with fixed opening hours. Individual care arrangements can also be made.
